Design for a 30-room Urban Beach Resort

The proposed beach estate comprises of 30 guest rooms in different accommodation structures such as chalets and beach houses as well as public amenities, such as a club house, a pool with changing rooms.
A fluid spatial concept ensures a beach view for all estate users. The buildings don’t follow a strict urban grid but are positioned in a more free flowing and organic way that is very suitable for a beach and holiday estate.

Arriving visitors can be welcomes at the clubhouse reception. The clubhouse also includes a small restaurant with a sitting platform over-viewing the estate. Guest chalets are arranged close to the main pool, which is also accompanied by little cabanas for day guests.

The two beach houses close to the beach front include 5 guest rooms each with a living room and kitchen on the ground floor. The beach houses also function together as one unit with a panorama sitting platform connecting the two structures and providing privacy for a private garden with pool and serene sitting areas.
