Hotel renovation

This existing hotel in Victoria Island is well located, but in urgent need of restoration. The goal of the renovation design is to achieve maximum quality improvement with minimal changes of the structure and finishes. Clean and clear elements aim at guiding the visitor through the space and providing orientation in the labyrinth like existing building.
